The Conflict Monitors were developed to meet the information needs of a global readership.
Current users come from no fewer than 190 countries and include officials in aid agencies, foreign and defense ministries, international agencies, the intelligence community, and individuals in a wide range of research, humanitarian, development, and other non-governmental organizations.
Many users are senior government officials and organizational leaders (Ministers, High Commissioners, Directors, etc.) in both the developed and developing world.
