The Conflict Monitors were developed to meet the information needs of a global readership.

Current users come from no fewer than 190 countries and include officials in aid agencies, foreign and defense ministries, international agencies, the intelligence community, and individuals in a wide range of research, humanitarian, development, and other non-governmental organizations.

Many users are senior government officials and organizational leaders (Ministers, High Commissioners, Directors, etc.) in both the developed and developing world.

The Conflict Monitors also serve journalists working for global and national news agencies and smaller news organizations, including those that specialize in peace, conflict, and international development.
